Inspired by the "earning my ears" ribbon new Cast Members wear, this Limited Edition pin features a black Mickey ear hat with a red ribbon. Theis was selected as one of the five winning entries for the 2008 Cast Member Create-A-Pin contest at Walt Disney World Resort.

 

Please note: This pin could only be purchased by Cast Members who attended the December Cast Pin Party and was given a ticket to purchase the 2 pins released on December 11th, 2008

The art work for this pin was designed by Cast Member Jocelyn Cleary from Consumer Direct Sales.
