This lanyard medallion is the old-style which holds the bolo-type lanyard in place.
The pin is a large pyramid in black, with Mickey Mouse overlaid on it, his mouse ears protruding from the top sides of the triangle. His face is pink, mouth open slightly with tongue showing, and his eyes look forward, slightly crossed.
All wording is in yellow. On the left ear is "DDM" (Disney Direct Marketing or Downtown Disney Marketplace); on the right ear is the word "OnStage." At the top of the pyramid is "TPOV" (commonly used as "Teachable Point of View), and below Mickey are the words "Vision-Purpose-Values."
The black metal medallion measures 1 3/4" (45 mm) wide by 1 1/2" (38 mm) tall. The backstamp is, "© Disney, Made in China."
