Front Description
Daisy Duck is one of at least four hand-painted pins made from, I believe, a polymer clay process. The polymer clay process was created in the 1930s, but used more predominantly on figurines and pin in the 1960s.
Daisy stands, head tilted to the left and looking left, posing with her right hand on her hip and her left hand up by the back of her head, in the style of a 1950s pin-up girl.
Daisy wears a light purple blouse with pink sleeves, pink shoes and a pink bow.
The pin measures 1 1/8" (28 mm) wide by 2 5/8" (67 mm) tall. The back is unpainted and is a pink color consistant with the polymer clay plastic process. The backstamp is, "© DISNEY, MADE IN CHINA."
Other pins in the series include Goofy (#58982), Mickey (#67238) and Minnie (#67239).
