Front Description
This is an award pin, given out at Disney's Call Center in Kansas, shortly before it closed in 2005. It's a dime sized silver colored pin, awarded to cast members upon receipt of a Guest compliment letter that indicated exceptional service to the Guest. The pin measures approximately .50 x .75 inches. The back of the pin has the Disney trademark stamp and was made in Taiwan.
This is an all-metal pin, with Tinker Bell embossed entirely in silver metal with a sparkly background. Tink is holding her magic wand. The phrase around the bottom half of the pin reads "Don't Forget The Pixie Dust."
The standard Mickey Mouse ears backing on the right is added for scale.

[23 Jan 2009 comment: This pin is the size of an elongated dime - the prototype is the size of an elongated quarter. The pictures scale the same for display, so it's misleading. I inquired of the owner of the prototype, and they indicated that award pins would indeed be the smaller size.]
