This is the Right Piece in a Wallpaper Design from the 999 Happy Haunts Ball's "Tomb Sweet Tomb" Framed Set (#32943). The entire set replicates one of the patterns found on the wallpaper of the Haunted Mansion.

 

This Right Piece - which basically mirrors the Left Wallpaper Piece (#67405) with minor changes) is in a moss or mint green with two turquoise green sets of eyes. The design hints at two ghouls - one looking forward and one looking off to the right.
