The Creativity & Innovation pin from the Disney Institute "Inspiration through Collaboration" Shadowbox Framed Set (#67454).
The pin is a dangler. The top section is a black bar with "CREATIVITY &" in red and "INNOVATION" beneath in yellow.
The bottom section is held by two dangles. The center portion is a light bulb with a Mickey Head icon filament and starts in gold, with a jagged yellow halo around it (the bulb has a clear plastic bubble element to it). The black and gold "cord" that comes out of the bottom of it is actually ink. At the bottom, pointing right, is a red and black fountain pin. The curls of the writing form an abstract set of mouse ears, with the pin body being black with the bottom of it in red (Hidden Mickey time?).
The pin was glued to the matting (though easily removed). There is no rubber pinback for this pin, but there is a pin post.
The pin measures 2 3/8" (59 mm) tall by 1 5/8" (42 mm) wide. The backstamp has "LIMITED EDITION OF 1000" on the back, along with the official 2005 Disney Pin Trading logo and "© DISNEY, MADE IN CHINA."
