Walt Disney's greatest moments in animation come to life in this pin-of-the-month series! Each month four Limited Edition pins will be released highlighting a different classic animated short or film. Each pin in the collection features a vintage movie camera icon in the corner. Monty Maldovan of the Disney Design Group created the original artwork for this pin.
The January collection salutes the animated short that began it all, Steamboat Willie. This pin features Pete looking angrily at a nervous Mickey Mouse. This Pin is black and white as was the movie. The backer card has a quote from Walt on the back and on the front it looks like a strip of film and shows Walt looking through the camera as if filming.
This is also the 80th Anniversary for Steamboat Willie.
