This is the Mad Hatter pin from Pin 67506: DisneyShopping.com - 6-Pc. Alice in Wonderland Pin Set.
The Mad Hatter is shown from the waist up facing right, but also partially forward, pouring a cup of tea. There is a pair of Bread and Butterflys at the bottom.
The ERROR is that the Mad Hatter had a most definite "sun tan". His flesh tone is distinctly darker than what is shown in the Concept Art from the DS item listing. And is decidedly darker than either the Alice or Queen of Hearts pin from this same set.

Two posts, aligned vertically and placed along the center back of the pin, 0.5-inches down from the top of the pin and 0.675-inches up from the bottom.
Gold sand-blast/pebble-like finish everywhere on the back of the pin.
