Front Description
This was a gift-with-purchase button received when you purchased a ticket to the movie on Oct 23rd, 2005 (available for one day only). For the 12 days the movie was playing there in 2005 (14th through 25th), they released a different button on each day. If you went all 12 days, you then got a special 13th button. They also handed out a small card that had to be stamped for each of the 12 buttons in order to get the 13th.
This is button #10 of 12, which features Jack Skellington dressed as Santa.
