This pin of Cruella De Vil was offered as part of Flex Pass Feature. You could get a plastic model of Epcot inside was a lanyard with this pin or pin #3857. This pin is different from pin #4698 that pin was part of Fantasmic set and glows in the dark. This pin does not glow.
