Released in UK Disney stores. Pinocchio is sitting in a crescent shaped moonfacing to the left (His Right). In his right hand he has a red apple.

 

the moon is a sparkly gold colour and there are segments behind Pinocchio filled with sparkling Light blue, Orange and Pink.

There are also two dark blue panels and small gold stars.
