This is the Framed Prototype of pin 37006. It was a prize at the 'Pins & Love Pin Party' on July 8th, 2008.

 

It features Jiminy Cricket and it's the first of the series Pin Trading Night (PTN) pins. The moon and stars in the background glow in the dark.
