The Disney Institute, while no longer a resort alternative at the Walt Disney World Resort, still operates as a learning initiative that makes various presentations to corporations and organizations on various topics and how Disney does it. The Disney Approach To Quality Service may range from a short 90 minute presentation to an entire 3 1/2 day seminar. While I am not sure, I believe this is given out with the 3 1/2 day seminar as it is the only option with a "graduation" and closing luncheon to end the seminar.
