[16 Sep 2001 description.] This pin was just recently presented and released only to the ORIGINAL Disney Cruise Line crew. The only individuals in the company who received them were the ones who'd been with DCL since the very beginning. This makes the pin very rare and special. This means that the people who were presented with them are proud DCL employees and know that they worked hard to earn this one. It is made very similiar to the Disney Company Service pins for years of service.
