This lanyard is worn in Walt Disney World by Cast Members who are pin trading. Anyone can trade with a Cast Member wearing this lanyard. It is a solid blue color with a plastic blue lanyard clip. It has a Cast Member card attached to the clip which lists the rules for pin trading.
