2nd in a series of trash clean-up from the Humphrey the Bear cartoon featuring Humphrey and Donald (both looking sheepish) standing amid some litter and the Ranger looking pretty stern with them.
The ranger's name is J. Audubon Woodlore. It appears that the pin was inspired by the 1954 short, "Grin and Bear It."
The ranger is a pin on pin.
The back is a gold waffle pattern with 2 pin posts.
