Winnie the Pooh and Piglet are next to each other and smiling. Pooh is on the right and is facing left; Piglet is on the left and is facing right. Pooh's head and part of his red shirt are visible; just Piglet's head is visible. Pin has a black rubber back with a single post.

Printed on back of pin: "Celebrating Pooh Friendship Day, (c) Disney"

 

Released on a 2" diameter yellow cardboard backer. In a semi-circle on the lower half of the backer card is "Celebrating the Pooh meaning of friendship" in white lettering. On the upper half of the card is a butterfly, leaf, honey pot, and bee. Printed on back of card is "(c) Disney, Based on the 'Winnie the Pooh' works. Copyright A.A. Milne & E.H. Shepard.

 

Auction seller indicated this pin was most likely given out in the early/mid 1990s as a charity fund raiser for a Childrens Hospital in New South Wales, Australia. Probably LE but number unknown.
