Gold-finished. Checkerboard/cross-thatch pattern on back everyplace except inside box containing the copyright information located on the lower center-back of the pin about between the two posts.
The posts are aligned diagonally. Right (top) one is located behind the upper portion of Roger Rabbit's chest (where lis left arm crossed in front of his bow tie). Left (bottom) one located on the center bottom of his left foot.
Copyright information is slightly recessed:
