This is the Prototype set for pin # 21258: DL Nightmare Before Christmas Event - Jack
It features Jack Skellington dressed up as Sandy Claws a.k.a Santa Clause holding a white sack/bag of scary treats and toys. The red version is done in GOLD metal and comes with two gold metal pin backs. The purple version is done in gold metal as well and comes with two silver pinbacks, and the green version is Glow In The Dark and done in black metal, coming with two black pinbacks.
Each pin has two pin posts and each says on the back:

By the time these pins were actually produced for the event, the edition size was 750 and NOT 500. I have been told by numerous people that there are only 4 sets of these prototypes made.
