This is the second pin in the Friendship Day series from Hong Kong. The first pin is 4388. This one features Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet. I was informed that this was sold at McDonalds in Hong Kong.

This pin was made by Disney and in Conjunction with a Children's Charity -Called CECES. This pin came on a Card that has parts in English. The date of the event is 16.5.1999. HK $10. The back of the card reads: Proudly Supporting CECES: Children Come First "Free Admission to Pooh Friendship Day with this Badge" Based on 'Winnie the Pooh' works. Copyright AA Milne and EH Shepard Copyright Disney". There were four different designs of the Pooh pin made, the card is identical with each pin.
