The last in a set of four pins from Hong Kong, that includes 4388, 6898 and 6899.
This one features Pooh and Piglet. The border of the pin is greenish-gray.
This pin was made by Disney and in Conjunction with a Children's Charity -Called CECES. This pin came on a Card that has parts in English. The date of the event is May 5, 1999.
The back of the card reads: "Proudly Supporting CECES: Children Come First, Free Admission to Pooh Friendship Day with this Badge, Based on 'Winnie the Pooh' works. (c) A.A. Milne and E.H. Shepard, (c) Disney".
There were four different designs of the Pooh pin made, the card is identical with each pin.
