This pin was originally part of a framed set offered exclusively to Cast Members. Produced for the 25th Anniversary of Walt Disney World and sold at Company D stores during the 25th anniversary in 1996. The 1st 25 anniversary pins were recreated in cloisonne. The originals were either plastic, buttons, or in one case, a ribbon.

 

It's difficult to read in the photo, but under the words "Big Thunder", the text reads on successive lines: "Mountain Railroad", "WALT DISNEY WORLD", "HAPPY BIRTHDAY", and finally, "9".
