Front Description
This pin is designed like a picture frame with a banner at the bottom. The frame is surrounded by a gold filigree border. The picture in the frame resembles an oil painting of a bottle of red wine to the right of a wine glass with a taster's portion of wine already poured in it. The label on the bottle says "Food & Wine." The glass and bottle are sitting outside on an unseen table with Monet-like background of a vineyard. The banner on the bottom of the frame is white with "grape" colored letters that reads: Disney's California Food and Wine Festival. A bunch of grapes with a green leaf substitutes for "&" sign.
The pin back is the Mickey icon waffle pattern with the Official Pin Trading logo. Below it in a rectangle are the words "Limited Release." To the right of that are the words "(c) Disney China."
The pin comes on a commemorative backing card with the Disney's California Food and Wine Festival logo on top and the words Limited Release on the bottom in purple letters on a yellow and white checker board background. There is also a spoon, fork and folded napkin design in purple on either side and below where the pin is mounted.
Disney's California Food & Wine Festival will celebrate the international cultures, people, food and traditions that have made California one of the most diverse culinary destinations in the world. With a theme of "World Celebration," the Festival expands to six weeks in 2009 - April 24 through June 7 - featuring daily complimentary demonstrations and premier ticketed events at Disney's California Adventure® Park and throughout the Resort.
