Front Description
This cloisonné pin is for a little known Disney acquisition known as Prospect Studios. Prospect Studios, which specializes in sound and other production facilities, can trace its history back to 1915. The Jazz Singer was shot at this studios, with it acting as the sound synchronization facility for the film. In 1948 the studios was bought by ABC. In 1996, it was acquired by Disney.
The pin is a crescent with "The Prospect Studios" in white across the top of the pin with a blue background and a stylized "P" in gray with a white background.
