Front Description
This cast member exclusive pin was released to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Disneyland Line. The DLL is the cast member magazine that comes out regularly. It showcases different departments, cast members, events, attractions, and special goings on around the Disneyland Resort, including articles, pictures, voluntEAR opportunities, and more.
This pin is in the shape of a magazine; at the top you can see a few white pages. The pin has a light blue background and features Mickey and Minnie Mouse jumping for joy. Mickey is wearing his traditional white gloves, red shorts and yellow shoes. Minnie has a red bow on her head and is wearing a red long sleeved dress. She does NOT have polka-dots on her clothes at all.
In the background of the pin you can see darker blue buildings(the castle, I believe) and greenery.
The pin is done in gold metal. "Disneyland Line" reads along the top of the pin in yellow, with 'Resort' in small gold lettering just below. In all caps done in gold, the rest of the pin reads: 'CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF THE LINE'
This pin has a dangle element. It has a dark yellow background and a red banner behind it. The red banner reads 'EST.' on one side and '1969' on the other side. The red portion, in gold, reads '40th anniversary' in scrolling script.
The back of the pin has the right side up / upside down Mickey head pattern on the main part of the pin and the dangle element. The back of the main part has the 2009 official pin trading logo, and in a box below that says:
