In 2009, three of the Disneyland® Park "mountain" attractions will celebrate milestones: The 20th anniversary of Splash Mountain®, the 50th anniversary of Matterhorn Bobsleds and the 30th anniversary of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad®.
For the Featured Artist collection, Disney Design Group artist Martha Widener has created a stunning design featuring the three attractions. The pin includes Brer Frog, Brer Fox, and Brer Bear riding aboard a Splash Mountain log, the Abominable Snowman riding a Matterhorn Bobsleds bobsled, and Mickey Mouse riding a Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Train. The jumbo pin also includes the three mountains themselves and a ribbon with the names of the three attractions.
