2nd release in the Puzzle Series category of the "Walt Disney 100th Year celebrating his life and legacy" from Japan DS. It features Mickey behind head a Mickey head that reads Mickey Mouse. The letter for this puzzle piece is E. Mickey is wearing a red jacket/sweater and has a light blue M on his white shirt. The letter E is a block capital letter in red. The Mickey head behind which Mickey is standing has a slight chip in the left ear. The letters "Mickey Mous" are in silver, although it doesn't appear so in the picture. Also, the "o" is not fully closed, so it looks similar (but not identical) to the U.
