The Disney Reservation center has quarterly STAR awards for top performers. There are four levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each quarter you achieve the requirements you receive a pin First an "S" then a "T" etc. Then the process starts all over. This is the Bronze Minnie "T" from this program. Only a handful are awarded each quarter. The pin portion of the program ended in 2008 and was replaced by medallions.
It is pin on pin with a bronze "T" in the background that Minnie is standing in front of. She is covering her mouth with her left hand and wearing her traditional red bow and red polka-dotted dress with yellow shoes.
The pin is smaller than the others in the series at 1" H x 1 1/4" W. The back of the pin says © Disney China, is made of gray metal and has one pinback.
Goofy or Daisy are on the "S".
Pluto or Minnie are on the "T" for all.
Tinker Bell or Mickey are on the "A" (which is represented by a star.)
Donald or Jiminy Cricket are on the "R".
The Platinum level pins are actually red letters.
