I don't know if this is a real pin, since I got it second hand...

Just like pin 8323 - Mickey Felt Pin but is blue instead of red

 

2 1/2" across & 3 3/4" tall. Made of felt with hard backing inside and each pin/badge has the old fashioned pin clasp. Mickey head.

Looks like it is embroidered. Tokyo Disneyland and Walt Disney Company printed.
