This is one of the WDW - The Museum of Pin-tiquities - Disney Pin Celebration 2009 - Chargers Box Set. This charger has the image of Figment, the playful dragon from the Imagination Pavillion at EPCOT. The outer ring is a series of 12 waves with 12 smaller versions of the larger Figment swimming in them. The inner ring keeps repeating "Figmentum Draco". The set is pinpics #68544.
