This pin was given to cast members at the WDW Grand Floridian Resort for participating in the cast Diversity Tree, a portal for cast members to post info about themselves, family, & personal life for other cast members to get to know.

This pin measures 1 1/2" by 1 3/4" with the Grand Floriian logo centered upon a colorful tree with a light blue ribbon below reading "Our Diversity Tree". The back is black finish with a 2006 Pin Trading logo and a DISNEY copyright above the work CHINA.
