Button was released on a cardboard card which shows a larger scene of the 100 Acre Wood. Limited release promotional item for Japan DS employees to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of Winnie the Pooh (may possibly also have been released as a gift with purchase (GWP)).

Along the bottom of the card reads: "(c) Disney, Based on the 'Winnie the Pooh' works by A.A. Milne and E.H. Shepard, Not For Sale"
