This seems to be a very old real cloisonné pin of Minnie Mouse with a tennis racquet. It does not bear any Disney copyright on the back of the pin.

 

Minnie, who is white-faced, is wearing a red tennis dress & shoes, and has a yellow bow. She holds a yellow tennis ball in her right hand, and her tennis racquet is over her left shoulder.
