Huey, Dewey and Louie carry a birthday cake is one of five pins in a boxed set (#39155) released exclusively at the Japan DS. The pins from this set were individually-numbered on back and featured double-post backs.
Huey (left) and Dewey (right) carry Louie, who in turn has a large birthday cake carried over his head. Huey and Dewey both wear pointed birthday hats; the cake is yellow with orange trim and a light blue plate.
The pin measures 1 1/8" (30 mm) wide and 1 1/2" (38 mm) tall.
