This is an open edition, cast exclusive pin designed by a WDW Cast Member and features an ecstatic Mickey. The bottom of the pin is a long horizontal dark blue oval with the words Work And Laugh Together in yellow. The first letter of each word is very prominent (large yellow letters). The remainder of the letters for those words are small gold tone. "Cast Members" is in red lettering below. Mickey is holding up the blue oval with one hand, while his other hand is stretched above his head. Mickey is wearing his CM name bubble name badge. Mickey and the oval are 3D. The bottom layer is a yellow and blue round starburst. Joint release for Cast in WDW and DLR.
