This small, gold 1970’s logo for Walt Disney World appears to be a tie tack worn by employees. The Mickey Head is approximately ¼ inch in diameter. The Mickey ears are approximately 5/12th of an inch wide.

 

The back has a longer the average pin steam. There is no back stamp.
