Scrapper Aler:
1) Although the back does have a Mickey's head waffle pattern, it has the distinctive wide marging on the outer edge.
2) Backmetal is a lighter coloration than the darker gold of the original pins
3) Disney Pin trading logo, Limited Edition pin data and copyright box all appear to be slightly raised up on the background. On the genuine pin they are slighlty recessed into the background pattern.
4) Front of pins are nearly identical in coloration. Sharp eyed traders may be able to notice the borders of the pin being a brighter yellow/white as opposed to a darker gold due to the difference in the base metal for the pin.
