Front Description
This boxed pin is of EEYORE and was to have been part of the Allison Lefcort Collection from 2003.
Eeyore is outlined in gray and black while the rest of the square has a blue/purple background. An Allison Lefcort signature is in white in the lower right hand corner of the pin.
The actual pin measures 1 3/8" across and 1 1/2 " down.
This pin is a Prototype/Pre-Production, though no markings are on the back of the pin or box. Eeyore was a cancelled project for the Allison Lefcort collection. We are not certain as to why this project was cancelled, although theory is that it was cancelled due to the pin not having the "A.A. Milne / Based on Winnie the Pooh works" copyright info backstamp on the pin.
We were awarded as a prize from the Epcot Happiest Pin Celebration On Earth 2005 Event for The Ultimate Trivia Challenge.
Another member add that this pin was one of these was also included in one of the grand prizes of the "Where Dreams HapPin" pin event.
