One of the six pins in a boxed set (#40512) celebrating the 2005 Happiest Homecoming On Earth Celebration, Mickey Mouse (left, facing left) is the leader of the band with this pin-on-pin design.
Mickey - the pin-on-pin portion of the pin - represents Main St. USA. He wears an off-white and maroon marching band uniform with yellow trim. (Note the hidden Mickey on his hat with the 50th anniversary logo). He holds a baton in his right hand and is strutting to the beat of the music. Beside him to the right is the Disneyland 50th dark blue and gold logo, with giant Mickey head icon, large gold 50, a gold banner with "Disneyland" in dark blue, and a dark blue area at the bottom with "Happiest Homecoming On Earth" in gold at the bottom.
The pin measures 2 1/4" (57 mm) wide by 1 3/4" (45 mm) tall. The back has a double post; the backstamp has the 2005 Official Pin Trading logo, plus "© DISNEY, MADE IN CHINA."
