This is number 7 of the Refresh Lanyard pins from DLRP.
It's farmer Mickey Mouse wearing a brown cowboy hat with white shirt, brown pants and brown gloves. He's carrying a basket of apples, mostly red ones.
The pin was given out either with a cocktail or a meal on the Pin Trading Night from September 25th 2009 at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch.
