This pin is part of the 2009 Disneyland Resort Hidden Mickey Series for the month of October. This set features nefarious Disney villains with their pets.
Hades, from the film Hercules, appears in close up giving a crazed evil grin, while Pain and Panic are looking over his shoulder with dismayed looks on their faces. This pin seems to be the exception of the series, because while the other six featured villains with their proper animal companions, Pain and Panic are considered minions, not pets. There is a small Mickey icon located in the bottom right corner of the pin.
