This is the Mickey Mouse as a Ghost pin only from set #72103. Mickey's black ears are sticking out of a white ghost body. Silver Metal.

 

One pin post with 2 nubs on either side. ODPT 2009 Backstamp. Available with First Release issue backstamp. Has new Mickey pattern on back of pin.

 

Pin is approximately 1-1/4" tall and 1-1/4" wide.
