This is for the annual Disneyland Cast Member (CM) charity scavenger hunt-type fundraising event. Each year, the event has a different theme. This year's was the same year as Minnie's 70th birthday, hence the "Birthday Madness." It shows Minnie holding a red Mickey ears balloon with a blue question mark on it. It says "Minnie's Birthday Madness. Get a clue!"

The pin measures 1" (24 mm) wide by 1 1/4" (32 mm) tall. The back reads "© DISNEY" and there was a sticker on the back with "Made in Taiwan."
