This is a black square with a gold silhouette/profile of Mickey Mouse (Symbol of the Shareholders Club from Euro Disney S.C.A.) etched on it similar to #4042. This one has the DLP copyright.

 

The reason Mickey Mouse appears so fat is that this pin is a parody of the famous silhouette of Alfred Hitchcock that appeared at the beginning of the TV show "Alfred Hitchcock Presents"

 

It has © Disneyland Paris on the back. Pin measures 3/4" (19 mm) wide by 1 1/16" (27 mm) tall.
