One of an ongoing series of hand drawn animation art cels available exclusively at the Walt Disney World Resort which could be purchased with or without the commemorative pin. In this case we have Tinker Bell lying prone, head propped on her hand, with her legs bent towards the sky, against a red background reading "Off To Neverland, Animation Gallery, 2008" The "Original Price" above reflects the added cost should one choose to purchase the pin along with the cel.
