The flag is dark blue, and it has a porthole (with "Ursula's" written at the bottom of the porthole) that the upper half of Ursula is sticking out from. Ursula's right arm is up, and her right hand is poised by the right side of her face. The year 1989 is in a bubble in the upper right corner of the flag. This is the date that "The Little Mermaid" was released. There are also three other water bubbles on the flag.
