This is the hip pouch lanyard worn by cast members at Walt Disney World and DIsneyland Resort during the Year of A Million Dreams celebration. Designed to wear over the shoulder, it has a "page" to display trading pins as well as a pouch to hold extra pins or cast member park information sheets. It is blue and has the pin trading logo.
