Front Description
This small (mini) pin fits perfectly on a penny. It features Tigger's head.
The pin measures 3/4" (18 mm) by 3/4" (19 mm) tall.
There is a series of pins....#10644, #10645, #10396, #4426, #10646, #7449, #10648, and #9940. They were used by Disney Institute for the professional development programs. The pins were used for certain programs to divide the entire group into smaller groups. Each participant was given a nametag on the first day of the program that included one of the pins.
There was no pre-determination of which pins were used or who received them. In addition, there is no determining an edition size or such because these pins were not available for sale; they were simply a tool for the program instructors and coordinators.

The back is a black metal with cross-hatch pattern and " © DISNEY, MADE IN CHINA."
