This is a colorful movable 2009 Tigger pin from Disneyland in Hong Kong. Tigger is holding on to a clear green balloon while floating away. Must of been a very blustery day! The background is a pink sparkling sky that is shaped like Pooh's head. Tigger can move around the sky.

 

Size: 1 11/16" wide x 1 13/16" high
