Scrapper Alert: the finish to the entire pin is NOT glossy and the area of the bow tie is very "dippy" plus there are "brush lines" up and down the pin.
From a moderator who bought this pin at Mickey's of Glendale in March of 2010: Be aware that the finish of this pin is pretty funky anyway. Mr. Lincoln is glossy but the background layer of the pin has an odd look to it when held in the light. Not brush marks, but sort of a leopard-spot pattern. Be careful of accusing someone of giving you a scrapper as the real pins are of poor quality as well.
